We continue to use the genus names per Sanders. There have been many changes in taxonomy accepted by the RHS and AOS, including the elimination of the Doritis genus, so all Doritis species and hybrids have been lumped together into Phalaenopsis though we continue to show them on the Ddodritis and Doritaenopsis page. In the hope of avoiding confusion, we also show the new genus names in parentheses where different from Sanders nomenclature.
